Its been 365 days and weve seen our account shift move and shape. People have come and go and inspite of all this weve had people that have stayed and yes this is all part of our Growing Pains. As I count my blessings everyday, I cant stop Thanking God for allowing me and my family to move at a short notice, for giving me the strength, Grace and Capability to lead this account, For giving me Great, Unique, patient, understanding leaders like Sigmund Riz Glenn JV #raymundsim Bryan Joseph. For Training Partners like Winnelyn Chesca Niccon #beazablan who know the teams every need even before I say it. For E E for trusting me with her legacy and specially for our Dear agents #wave1 #wave2 #wave3 #wave4 #wave5 #wave6 for dressing their best last Friday and for being resillient to the million process updates and high water (mind me coming to work or even sleeping on site) just to serve as fuel to keep the engine of our business running. I am truly truly humbled and grateful for everyones effort :) For the next 365 days I can only commit to make things better and lighter, Create a happy work Place for everyone, Be more appreciative of everyones effort, Smile more whenever I leave my aquarium and work on being the better Leader that you guys need :) Thank You Team CVG Pharmacy~ Team MI :) Happy First year to us :)
