Me: Do you have diabetes or high blood pressure? Man: No. Me: Are you a smoker? Man: Yes. Me: How many a day? Man: One pack. Is that a lot? Me: Yes it is. For how many years? Man: For a long time, since I was 22. Me: How old are you now? Man: 48. Me: Im referring you to the hospital.
