Its been a busy season, but this by far the fastest turnaround! Tomorrow morning I leave for Wawa for another fly in trip to Apisabigo Lake with Air Dale. This particular trip is with the two people who won the contest for a fly in trip with me organized by Ontario Out Of Doors magazine earlier this year. So far it seems weve won the weather lottery with nothing but sunshine all week long and highs of 21-22 degrees! Should be interesting as Apisabigo is a known producer of trophy walleye. Normally on these deep, clear shield lakes once turnover has happened we find the big walleye on structure in deep water, often 50 plus feet.
