Its been a day of much reflection and sadness on this now 5 years since losing my dear Rachel. However my main feeling is of gratefulness for having shared my life with Rachel for 35 years. I try to embrace her positivity and enthusiasm about life. And I feel proud to see to Rachels spirit reflected in the minds and hearts of our two wonderful children Emily and Dave. I also feel blessed to have the continued love and support of Rachels family including her wonderful parents Eldon and Elizabeth and her siblings Kathy, Rob and Hilary.
