Its been a rewarding year in many respects for me: Note worthy concerts to start, Wonderful comments from my fans and the news that the George Buck JAzz Foundation in New Orleans will be reissuing on Cd an album I made with guitarist Chuck Wayne when we began our musical association in the mid 70s The terrible storm Katrina had destroyed the warehouse where the Lps were stored but fortunately the the master tape survived. Its called Traveling and features the instinctive and close interplay that Chuck and I developed along with the super rhythm section of Ronny Bedford and Jay Leonhart Good meaty tunes like: I concentrate on you Spring will really hang you up the most Have you met miss jones Etc. Look for it early spring on Progressive Records Christmas greetings and a super new year to everyone !
