Its been a while since I sent some love to my friend Lisa Lavie; a Canadian singer with a heart of gold, a beautiful young woman with an even more beautiful voice. Id like to rectify that right now. We have been friends since Myspace was all the rage, just as she was beginning her musical career, and when my Ashley died Lisa was one of the few people who loaned me money so I could go to South Carolina and retrieve her remains. I will never forget that act of kindness. Lisa is currently touring with Yanni in California. If you have the opportunity, you should definitely check her out.
