Its been a while since Ive cooked. On tap for tonight: salmon steaks broiled in lime/butter with lemon pepper seasoning; potatoes, carrots and fresh corn on the cob broiled with butter and Italian seasoning; broccoli with homemade cheese sauce and yeast rolls. For desert: a strawberry daiquiri cake with chocolate chips. I used daiquiri mix and whipped cream instead of milk, water and oil and mixed in sliced strawberries and chocolate chips. It is topped with a strawberry/cream cheese frosting, sliced strawberries and chocolate chips. Dinner is served!!!
