Its been a whole year since I smoked a cigarette! I am still using the electronic cigarettes, but Ive cut the nicotine strength in 1/2 since I started. Im hoping to get it down to 0 nicotine and then give up the electronic cigs all together, since I know theyre not really good for me either. Ive taken it slow and dont want to push it, since Ive tried to quit many times before and didnt make it. The electronic cigarette is the first thing that has worked for me. And tomorrow Im starting my diet and hope that by this summer Ill have lost all this post-cigarette and post-goat weight! (when I gave up raising goats, I really packed on the pounds - they kept me active) Wish me luck!
