Its been a wonderful one day here in Vegas...glad i got out of the hospital and they let me come! Got to see 15yr old Kirstis 1st car! 2004 KIA...all leather sun roof etc etc...paying for it herself...found it on craigslist herself...funny funny story about all that too...Petes Kristen knocked herself out as usual...made my Mothers and Grandmas southern cornbread dressing from a letter Ive kept from mother since 1975...step by step how to do everything...absolutely delicious...2 Turkeys...1 brined and cooked on the bbq...1 fried in turkey fryer by Brooks, their good friend, a ham, green bean casserole by Michelle, mashed potatoes creamed corn with real cream sweet potato casserole cranberry sauce turkey gravy rolls all pies and desserts by Jessica, their good friend including pecan, pumpkin, cherry delight, etc etc etc! Just too much!!! These kids always outdo themselves!...feel bad that they gave up this beautiful downstairs bedroom for the old person here (that might be me) but ssssooooo grateful to just be able to be a passive partaker in the glorious holiday of sitting around being thankful! The girls and Tyler all look great...Petes got his Christmas trains up his new 3/4 dodge ram truck quad cab 4 wheel drive ready for the little sandpiper travel trailer that they decided to buy in halves with us as partners since their good friends Brooks and Jessica camp a lot in theirs at lake mead...now they can all go together...and the little travel trailer can start to get used again since we havent been able to use it since our last trip to Co springs in 2008 and thats just too long to have them parked!!! Well hope everybody else had such a wonderful day as yesterday and Im sure you did...oh and by the way i got a wonderful butt call or called it myself while in the hospital from my little cousin Robert Wright...and boy oh boy was that a delight!
