Its been another long day, and though some things that happened werent great (can only get dentist appointment a week from now, sliced off the top of my fingernail), other cool things did happen (bought new jeans a size down, can wear clothes from a regular department store)! The big difference between today and yesterday is of course in my attitude. It was such a great help to me that when I decided to kvetch, for the most part I got compassion, empathy, and helpful suggestions. It makes a huge difference to me to feel loved and heard, no matter how #firstworldproblem it may seem. I really do love and miss you guys so much.
