Its been awhile since I posted anything about my brewing escapades. Believe me when I say this hobby/obsession still continues. Today, 3 years and 1 day to my start( I know Sarah regrets that Christmas present 2011), I have finished brewing my 50th batch of beer. Thats 250 gallons worth(and NO I am not the only one drinking all the results). Heres the statistics: Extract batches= 5, Partial mash batches= 20, All Grain batches= 25. Most common style= Irish Red with 5 batches. Followed by: Oktoberfest, 4 batches. American Wheat(Blue Moon) 4 batches, Porter 3 batches, Stout 3 batches, Altbier 3 batches, Doublealt 3 batches, Pale ale 3 batches,Vienna lager 2 batches, Graf 2 batches, American Brown(Caribou Slobber) 2 batches, Bock&Dopplebock 2 batches, and 14 other single batches. I think Ill take a break until February.............. ;)
