Its been hard to know what to say about Edgar Froese. Really there have been many people saying far better things than I (Derek) could ever say. Its quite obvious that without his work in Tangerine Dream there would never ever have been VCM. So many times Ive basically tried to copy the results he achieved with synthesisers and sequencers. Atmospheres, soundscapes, textures... other worlds. A unique sound that can only be achived with electronic music. To think of how pioneering it was when he first did what we now take for granted. Edgar we pay our respects as a band and thank you so much for that path you paved for us to follow in your footsteps. A very sad loss. https://youtube/watch?v=8JpfHt8CiPk
