Its been really difficult to keep dry and to walk forward not get blown back the last few days. Today has been really cold and wet! My boots both leaked badly and my waterproof trousers well... Arent!!! Thankfully tonight I am being put up by Darren and Sue in Lochgoilhead. Ive been fed, watered and Sue has dried all of my sodden clothes as Darren has been educating me on the local area and its fascinating history. Ive only taken a few pictures as the Weather has been so bad, I thought Id better look after my new camera as well as concentrate on walking :-) Thank you to The Village Inn in Arrochar who provided me with a bed and soup on Friday night. It was a beautiful room in an amazing setting during one heck of a storm!
