Its been several days since I have been on Facebook cause my iPhone was acting up. We had AT&T & they said it was an compatibility issue with my old iPhone & the new server they have for the new iPhone 5s. I told them that my would go from WiFi to 3G to E to no internet available to no service. So needless to say I couldnt use my at all! Then, the phone would shut off & it would take an hour to get it back on. When we talked to AT&T, they were like it isnt your time yet to get new phones until April. Finally, they agreed to give us 5 iPhone 4S for $0.99 a phone and $120 credit for all the problems I have had cause I told them that if didnt I would go to Verizon. Verizon was going to give me what I wanted for cheaper price. So today when we went into the AT&T store told them everything, the sales guy said that they couldnt do what was promised to me on the phone. Plus, he was trying to put the blame on me for the problems I was having with phones. I told he No & what he was saying didnt make any sense. I told him if wasnt going to honor what his company promised me, than we are taking our business else where. As we left, we said loudly you just lost a customer. We went to Verizon and got 5 iPhone 4S for $0.99 each. Plus, We got covers each of them & we got a discount on everything through Marks work. We will discount on our bill every month through Marks work, so it will be cheaper than AT&T. :)
