Its been snowing all day, and my body is still confused about time zones, so Ive holed up in the house with my books and a few favorite shows, and just being quite domestic-did some writing, cleaning, blah blah. Felt an urge to cook, so Ive roasted a bunch of vegetables and made soup. First up was roasted zucchini and eggplant soup and now Im working on roasted red pepper and acorn squash soup. Im optimistic that tomorrow I will be back on Colorado time. If Monday is a snow day, I would not be sad.
