Its country cooking day here at the Harrison household. Got a pot of pinto beans going with the meatiest ham bone you every saw. Saved it from the Christmas ham at my sisters house; never let a good, meaty bone go to waste, I say! Will be making fried potatoes OBrien style with onions and bell peppers fried in with them, and some good cornbread to go with. Some sliced onions and tomatoes should round out this meal nicely. Good eats!
