Its day 28 and no payment ..gave bank details last Tuesday and still nothing, just come off the phone again (13 mins on hold then the usual we have a high case load and it could take 28 days !! Also the Bull that vouchers were offered within the 28 days so that releases them from the 28 day promise of payment ! WRONG !! legal a debt must be paid in an acceptable form of payment, or anyone with a court judgement , loan or mortgage could offer to pay in loaves, fishes or woolie socks and gain another 28days !!! Been told Im still in processing with no way of speeding it up ...So sick of this ,14 emails (none replied to and 30 + phone calls..This company is a disgrace
