Its days like today that I feel extremely blessed and focused in making positive changes in my workplace. I came to work lit my candle and prayed like I usually do, but today I prayed that God had given me wisdom when I made some workplace decisions previously and to give me the strength and peace of mind to deal with those decisions and bring to me the right kind of people who would not only replace those who are gone but bring positive and renewing energy to my team. In return he answered with giving me a very challenging but rewarding day to show me that is not the quantity of people I chose to keep with me through my journey but the quality of those I chose to keep with me that matters. Just to sweeten the deal, God has sent my way a very impressive list of highly qualified and humble individuals with tons of potential to help my business grow. In the end, I have gained peace of mind and a very harmonious workplace! Looking forward to more new positive changes!
