Its finally time to share some exciting news, This week is the start of a new chapter in my life, I’ll be heading my first ever hotel brigade, Im so excited!, And thanks to technology I’ll still remain the afternoon show host on #99.3fm and will continue as normal with my radio station obligations, the only difference it will be now from a satellite studio! Ill surely miss everyone and the town where everything started, but I prayed for an opportunity like this for years and I think it’s finally the right time! The owners of the hotel are long time followers of my food journey and together we will work on something fresh and new for this 5 star property. I would like to thank my family, friends, radio family, mentors and industry colleagues for always believing in me! I’ll do my best to make all of you proud! I can’t wait to get back in the game; I am hungry for culinary perfection, Thank you God for giving me this opportunity. I love you all; this is only the start of something beautiful! God bless
