Its good to know that no matter how much of our local tax monies get wasted selling our out-of-town visitors out-of-town brands (and out-of-town chains and giant empty silver bullets run by out-of-town management companies), and no matter how many times out-of-town consultants insist that these out-of-town ideas are our local solution, Historic Market Square, Knoxville (and all the local businesses that have always been the engine of Downtown revitalization) just keep chugging along ;-)
