Its hard to believe that October is here, and passing quickly. This week was a full one for work, and legislative business. Monday was busy with business calls, and meetings, and then I stopped by the Augusta County Farm Bureau Annual Meeting, then attended the Augusta County Republican Committee meeting where we elected Georgia Alvis Long our new Chairman. Tuesday was an Augusta County Legislative Breakfast meeting and more meetings at the office. Wednesday was a Blue Ridge Community College - Virginia Community Leaders Breakfast, and then off to the House Agriculture, Chesapeake and Natural Resources Committee and House Agriculture, Economic Development, Technology and Natural Resources Subcommittee Retreat at Natural Bridge Hotel for Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Wednesday evening I spoke at the Albemarle County Medical Society Chapter Meeting at the Boars Head Inn. Friday were meetings in Charlottesville at Blue Ridge Bank. Saturday we watched Roth and his team, the Northern Augusta Roadrunners, win the Albemarle County Cross Country Meet with 1st for the boys, and 2nd for the girls Middle School division.
