Its nice to finally be home and know that tomorrow is the start of a new week. I have been thankful to travel so often these days. Wanderlust is on my mind. To know there will always be new places to see, new things to do… It opens your eyes so you recognize what you have. I look back at all the years Ive lived in a Comfortable state and finally once I took the step out of my comfort zone everything brightened... Im thankful to have an all- natural, organic, gmo-free nutritional system because I no longer stress what my nutrition looks like. Ive learned how to portion foods, eat out and be an educated diner. I can read nutritional labels and locate toxic ingredients. There is so much power we achieve when we educate ourselves on what were fueling our bodies with. An issue that many may relate with is the lack of motivation to cook food, prepare food, take the time to treat your body and give yourself the best nutrition. Im guilty of it. BIG TIME. But we learn as we go how to become stronger for ourselves. We have to make the decision to be our own hero, and I am thankful God put me in the light of doing that. Im thankful for everyone that has smiled my way, made me laugh or sent me positive vibes with their intentions. My Isafam, you are the light of my life! Who knew a health and wellness company could bring so many people together? People who wanted to change their life and become their own hero. Sunday night always has you thinking.. Anything is possible
