The FACT is that BSL fails to increase public safety and experts from the American Bar Association to the AVMA recommend that BSL be repealed and rejected. In an upcoming vote Aurora citizens have the chance to increase their public safety by implementing breed neutral dangerous dog laws that will hold ALL dog owners equally responsible for their actions. Feelings are nice, but theyre subjective and, in this case, discriminatory and baseless. We hope that the excellent work of local advocates, ColoRADogs, serves as a reminder that safe, humane communities are built on a strong foundation of facts, scientific research, and expert recommendations. Voters have a right to demand that their laws reflect this!
