Its not about how many miles you can run or how fast you can go or how many pounds you can lift, in fitness, its about how consistent you are. Theres always some one who can lift more, run faster etc. the only true competition is between your will to keep making progress and your will to avoid pushing yourself to greater achievements. Comparison to others gives your power away to others, its about committing to reaching our own potential.
