Carrie Stowers and I went to this last night and by chance and some smarts figured out the walk from the where the buses let us out was too far so we watched the lanterns from a lovely spot in the high desert without being crushed by humans and were able to leave early and get on one of the first if not the first bus out of there - no wait....sometimes ya gotta make the best of a sticky dusty situation
