The Collaborative Life Sciences Building has been awarded ACEC Oregons “Project of the Year” award! Coordinated by the Oregon chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies, this annual design competition recognizes the engineering achievements that demonstrate the highest degree of merit and ingenuity in the built environment. Accepting the award on Interface’s behalf was Principal John McMichael, who addressed some of the central challenges involved in the project—chief among them being meeting the demands of a fast-paced schedule—and the importance BIM management played in real-time coordination with the design team and contractors. Congratulations to the team on this outstanding achievement!
