Its not exactly what my agility pals are delivering down at the Agility Invitational in Florida, but I had to share the laughs! I had no business entering Nissa into a trial, since I have done exactly ZERO training in any location other than my living room, but I wanted to see three things: 1. Would she demonstrate confidence and happy energy in a trial environment? CHECK!! 2. Then, if she met the first goal, would she demonstrate focus going into the ring? CHECk! 3. If one and two met, would she hold a start-line stay? CHECK! 4. Goal 4: If she accompished one, two, and three, would she stay with me if we moved around on course at speed? (I didnt care about even completing all of the obstacles, much less qualifying.) CHECK!!!! GOOD GIRL!!!! 5. The final and most important goal: If she did al of the above, would she end our ring time feeling energized and joyful? Well....see for yourself if you think Nissa would like me to begin agility training for a spring debut!
