Its not just these countries, but its a couple/few others too; Iran and North Korea. I think all these countries are not understanding Lol. The Human rights issue in general, Yes, many countries have an understanding of this, have conformed as much as possible to the day and age and have made changes accordingly. However ... These countries are not as Diverse as our country. Specifically they are not quite understanding the Racial Discrimination factor as much as we experience this. These countries dont have a Large quantity of various racial populations, including black populations. Until they get a larger racially diverse population, then they can criticize the US in understanding what it takes to deal with the issues. Russia have high quantity of Blacks? I dont think so! What about china? North Korea is just making me laugh. Dont talk about Racial discrimination cause youre not even close to understanding. You countries know nothing because you dont live in a country with a high diversity(ESpecially Blacks). Until you do, then you cant criticize it.
