Its not that you should not judge – every day you have to make judgments about people, in order to make decisions. What you should not do is to immediately disregard, dismiss, or condemn. When I was in Visca, a friend, a soil science professor, introduced me (at an informal occasion) to an engineer who then held a high campus position. Si Tommy; bright ni siya.
