Young Life Fall Weekend 2013 Saturday, November 9,2013 thru Monday, November 11, 2013 Transportation and Departure: We will be traveling in school buses operated by Brown Transportation. We will be departing the HS parking lot at 8 am. Please arrive early to allow time for processing of payments and paperwork, as well as loading luggage on the bus. Return: We will be departing Saranac around Noon, and returning in the late afternoon. Plan to be in contact with your child that afternoon for a more precise arrival time. How do I pack for this trip? *Clothing: It can get cold at Saranac, so bring plenty of warm clothes, including a winter coat and gloves. The hot tub may be available, so bring a bathing suit and a towel if you like. We will have some outside activities, so bring a warm outfit (including a pair of sneakers) that can get dirty. *Bedding/Towels: Linens are provided at Saranac, but if you have a favorite pillow or sleeping bag, feel free to bring it. Towels are provided for use in the room. *Money: The camp fee covers meals while we are at camp, but you may want to bring cash for stops at McDonald’s along the way or for the snack bar at camp. *Electronics: We will be collecting cell phones and Ipods before we arrive at camp. You can avoid that hassle by just leaving them at home for the weekend.
