Its now 21 days left before the current outgoing Zimbabwe hung Parliament automatically expires at midnight June 29 2013 and it has since become clear that there wont be a new elected Parliament of Zimbabwe by June 29 2013 and it means with effect from midnight June 29 2013, President Mugabe will automatically start to rule by decree by default by virtue of the President becoming the sole Executive and Legislative authority in the absence of Parliament.. That means, with effect from midnight June 29 2013, President Mugabe will automatically start to rule by decree by default not by design. The President has consistently made it very clear and loud that he wanted Elections to be held before Parliament expires to prevent a parliamentary vacuum and subsequent rule by decree but his noble efforts were treacherously blocked by the MDC parties as usual. And when the President Mugabe automatically starts ruling by decree by default with effect from midnight June 29 2013, the President will have more than enough Executive and unshared Legislative powers and responsibility to amend or make new Laws for the peace,order and good governance of Zimbabwe and that will actually include the power and responsibility to Amend the Constitution!! That means, the post June 29 time is going to be seeing a President Mugabe with more Executive and unshared Legislative powers and responsibilities... MaMDC-T and MDC-N akapisira zvokwadi nemelection delay tactics awo.. now President Mugabe will be more than re-elected at midnight June 29 2013!!
