Its official--after thirteen years with Williams Love O’Leary & Powers (six years as a partner), I am leaving the firm to start my own solo practice in Eastern Oregon. Most of you know that just over two years ago our family moved to Joseph, in beautiful Wallowa County. Mike, Linda, and Leslie generously accommodated the move as I remained with the firm and tele-commuted from my office outpost in Enterprise. I am now completing the move east by starting my own firm, offering a broad range of legal services to the regional community as well as representing clients in Portland and across the state. I will continue to handle personal injury and product liability cases, as well as criminal defense (retained and indigent), commercial litigation, nursing home negligence and elder abuse, insurance coverage disputes, and business transactional work. I’ve been honored to work with such superb lawyers and partners as Mike, Linda, and Leslie, as well as with the professional staff that have supported the firm and its clients over the years. I wish them all the best as they continue to provide top-notch legal help to their very deserving clients.
