MAIA Earth VIllage - MAIA Conscious Community and Bahay Kalipay in partnership with the Global Ecovillage Network and GEN-Oceania & Asia is inviting ecovillages and transition communities to participate in the Global Fast For The Climate movement in taking impact to a level of energy descent from consumption. The campaign was inspired by the Philippine Climate Change Commisioner Naderev Yeb Saño who fasted during UN Climate Talks in Poland during the height of Typhoon Haiyan/ Yolanda. This is an initial invitation through the GEN newsletter that just went out today. We will launch an online platform for global participation in the next months with help from Mandala Earth Story and Sattva-Reports .
