Its really easy to overeat in the evenings. Its normally the biggest meal of the day, we get carried away with portion size, gulp it down cos were hungry then maybe have seconds. Then its fairly common to snack later on. Before we know it we can have eaten nearly a whole days energy. So tonight when youre having dinner, serve yourself a bit less, eat it a little less quickly, clear away any leftovers before you eat and be satisfied that thats all you need for the night. How does that sound?
