Its really sad to me how money controls so much of a childs future. It really bothers me. There are so many talented, dedicated and passionate dancers I know that cant attend all the workshops, conventions, summer intensives etc etc etc because they just cant afford it. Its a darn shame honestly. I really wish I knew someone really wealthy that could just walk into IMPAC, take one look at the over flow of talent and then bless them. Ive seen way too many kids give up and just quit because of the financial burden they saw and had to hear their families go through. But Then part of me hopes that the kids that can afford to do it all really look back one day and thank the parents, teachers, directors and people etc that helped them do it all. I hope they thank them now actually. I want to give a big thanks to Renee and Daryl that help so many of our not so fortunate kids purely out of love and because, well, they deserve to dance.
