Its ridiculous to believe that people are influenced by the media right? People that desperately watch the news are theoretically being brainwashed for what events & media coverage THEY want to show you. The whole uproar with ISIS & yet now you dont hear about it anymore... The Ebola Virus---whens the last time we heard anything on that? Now of course how bad and cruel cops are (the very people that we call when we need help). Yet the news has crucified them for using their discretion on deadly force. Its easy to judge & point the finger at them in shame for them using discretion when a 300 pound man reaches inside of a cop car. Yet these details were hidden from us for weeks, causing uproars & riots across the nation. THEY painted them the be the bad guys and of course with all the events regarding Ferguson, it ultimately got out of hand across the country leading up to the assassination of 2 of New Yorks Finest. Shame on all of the news stations... lets try reporting ALL of the news for once, not bits & pieces of it, and stop being so one sided---do I hold the news primarily responsible for what happened? No, but they did play a huge part in enraging a vast majority of the African American population by turning this into a racist issue when it was nothing of the sort---they were definitely a contributing factor.
