Its so frustrating living in the south for so long then suddenly making a huge move up north. I mean, tacos dont exist up here, and I mean REAL tacos. A taco in the North is beef, cheese, and lettuce, kind of like something you would get at Taco Bell. There isnt bean and cheese, or chorizo and egg, or carne guisada/asada. Whataburger to the south is White Castle to the north, and i think its disgusting (although everyone knows if Whataburger came to the north it would dominate and take white castle out of business) and, theres no such thing as Taco Cabana. Or taco shacks. Or even good Mexican food. Or even good barbecue. I find it complicating adjusting to this new world Im living in.
