Its so nice to have a day off during the week. I am getting some things done that Ive been putting off. Almost went in to finish up my classroom, but I really need this day to organize! Heres my class so far. Still need to hang the kids family photos and action shots of my students. But it is definitely coming together. I love teaching! But I cant wait to get more students. The ratio is pretty good right now 3 - 1 (me being the 1) lol! If I were 2 years old I would love to play here! We sing, dance, jump, skip, hop, paint, collage, get messy, wet, dirty, make mud pies, cook, experiement, build, dress up, read, tell stories, play with playdoh, flubber, ooblique, math, science, garden, ride bikes, balance, slide, use the hose,write, color, art, climb, count, learn to dress independently, put our shoes on and take them off, play with friends, cry, are sad, happy, funny, silly, miss our mommies, nap, be mad, angry, hit, kick, learn to have a voice, an opinion, feelings validated, a calm, close and quiet environment and most of all respected! all this learning going on while having fun and doing what children do best PLAYI love our kids at CNT - Davids School!
