Its that bank holiday feeling, this one always seems to close my year for me. every year I think its the last opportunity to get away from it all before the mad rush of autumn creeps in, the dark nights hit us and Christmas starts looming. So on Tuesday I will have to find ways of keeping motivated, stay focused on my 90 day challenge and reflect on the opportunities this will bring to me in the coming months.
