Its the mango season and there is confusion in the minds of people who are on a weight loss program. The one question that comes to the mind is whether it will hinder the weight loss goal. My suggestion and advice is, just chill and have a mango. It is not going to make it difficult to lose weight. However, keep in mind to sacrifice the other carbohydrate foods from you daily intake. I would recommend you to eat Only one mango in a day and cut down on the other sugars to keep the weight loss goal alive. For example, dont eat the bread, avoid the sugar in your tea or coffee, avoid the rice, avoid the chocolate... If theres any more confusion in your mind, just write to me and Ill guide you.
