Well, predictably enough, the consequence of having woken up early in the morning against my own wishes was that when I finally returned to sleep, I missed todays exercise session. I just woke up again, and its now 7:30. I am too busy for the rest of the day to reschedule it, so Ill just have to wait until tomorrow. Fortunately, if and when the same sleep issues arise again, in most cases the matter will be solved simply by virtue of actually having the gas in my vehicle necessary to go to the gym early. I could not acquire that gas this time simply because my new payment did not arrive early in the morning as I had hoped, and I had been previously, temporarily broke for a few days due to temporary poor planning with my finances. Hopefully that part wont occur again.
