Its time for Yes or B.S. We give you a statement, and you decide YES, its true . . . or NO, its total B.S. The new movie Muppets Most Wanted hits theaters this Friday. So todays theme is The Muppets. 1. Fraggle Rock premiered on Nickelodeon in 1983. B.S. It aired on HBO. Then TNT and the Disney Channel picked it up in syndication. 2. The Kermit the Frog song Rainbow Connection made the Billboard Hot 100 after The Muppet Movie came out in 1979. Yes: It peaked at number 25. 3. Miss Piggy and Yoda were voiced by the same person. Yes: It was Frank Oz, who also voiced Fozzie Bear, Gonzo, and Animal . . . along with Bert, Grover, and Cookie Monster on Sesame Street. 4. Dr. Bunsen Honeydew was the only character in the cartoon The Muppet Babies that wasnt inspired by an ACTUAL Muppet. B.S. There WAS an actual Muppet of him. The only Muppet Baby that DIDNT have a Muppet counterpart was Scooters twin sister Skeeter, who was originally voiced by Howie Mandel. 5. The following stars have all had cameos in at least one of the Muppet movies: Billy Crystal, George Clooney, Mila Kunis, Ben Stiller, and Whoopi Goldberg. Yes: Actually, they were all in the 2011 reboot, The Muppets.
