Its time of that year, Ethiopians (where ever they are) celebrate Ethiopian New Year. It has been 4 full years since I left home, my comfort zone, my family and close friends. For the past few days, I have been listening to this song by Jacky Gosse and Nhatty which brought me to my rhythm. Even in subways, I sing this song while I move my shoulder and my legs as if no one watches me. Important message to this generation, *we can make a difference* ....Listening... ማነው ሚለየው ማነው ሚለየው ይህም ትውልድ ፍም እሳት ነው ማነው ሚለየው ማነው ሚለየው ይህም ትውልድ ፍም እሳት ነው This song gives me goosebumps every time. Even at times when I feel hopeless about the current situation back home, on social medias - the hatred and the dictatorship among ourselves (abroad and inside). But I still maintain that patriotic feeling inside, am hopeful about the future.
