Its time that I told the truth and reached out for help. I am an addict. I am addicted to nasal spray. Not the saline kind, the kind with the harsh chemicals that melts all the congestion out of your face while also melting the lining of your sinus cavities. For some reason when I cant breathe out of my nose I get incredibly bad anxiety, and I am ALWAYS CONGESTED. I know that the spray actually makes the congestion worse but lately it has gotten to where not even my beloved netti pot and Benadryl can help me, if I dont use the spray I simply cannot breathe. I have to use it to sleep because I cant sleep when I am stuffed up like that. Does anyone else have the same issue, and is there something less harmful that I could try?
