Its time to get my face looking like this again! Here I am 20 weeks pregnant with baby girl and shortly after this I started gaining... and then in the year after she was born, I gained even morrrre. No beating myself up about it, though! Time to change it once and for all. Im doing the Smart Fitness Challenge with a bunch of friends. I dont care that the holidays are right around the corner. Im not waiting for tomorrow, just because its not convenient right this minute. If you wait for conditions to be perfect in order to make a change, youll NEVER get around to it. Ive got a good group of friends doing it with me already... anyone else want to join in on the fun? PM me or comment if you want info!
