Its true that the VA is not completely meeting the promises made to our veterans, but this is the result of systemic problems that start with the continual cuts from congress on down. We cannot address the Administration and subsequent failings of the VA without first addressing the failure of the appropriators to give the money to be successful. Yet again the GOP blames someone else for the nations problems, while they cut funding and condemn program after program to fail.
