Its very hard not to feel bitter towards corporations anymore. After scratching our heads wondering if it was really necessary to be moved across the country, weve just been told they will be relocating their Denver office, and its much further away than their current one. We bought a home 6 months ago, have done a ton on reno on it, and did research for good schools based on him working out of the location they relocated us to, not knowing they were thinking of changing the location. Were not moving bc can you imagine how that much change in that short of time could effect the kids, not to mention the cost of buying and selling, and actually moving. I guess Chris will have a much longer commute now. I just wish I could be in one of these meetings to ask whoever makes bone headed decisions like these if theyve completely forgotten to think about their employees, you know, the ones that make them money!!?? Guess I should be happy Chris has a job, but thats not what Im feeling right now. Chris just goes to work every day, with a smile on his face, and does the best job he can, for our family. Ill be glad when he doesnt have to answer to anyone but himself any more. Rant over.
