Its when you feel that you can do so much better -- in work, in your commitments, in life, that the devil strikes and attacks your weak heart. Its when you feel that things can be better, and yet you are not prompted to do anything about it. Its when you know what to do and yet find difficulty in encouraging action from within yourself. Its when youre just tired and have no energy left for anything but self-pity and all sorts of downtrodden thoughts. Its when you need God the most, yet find Him so far away. Its when you want to be in a place where there is peace, yet you find the doors locked and the keys hidden far away. Its when you want to run but find that your legs have no strength. Its when all you want to feel is joy, yet you content yourself with empty smiles and nods here and there. Its when all you need is a fresh start, a new opportunity, a change in perspective. Its when you definitely feel that its over that hope comes creeping in and sweeps you off your feet. Its when you have given up that you discover that all is not lost and that there is Someone waiting for you. Its when He suddenly appears out of nowhere and cleanses you white -- and gives you a second chance at life. Its when that second chance - turns into a third, a fourth, even a hundred chances or more - for His love never ends. Our God is a God of hope, a God of salvation and a God of strength. He is right there waiting to us to come running to Him, to stop doing it our way and to allow Him to overwhelm us with His grace. #LSS Oh Your cross, it changes everything There my world begins again with You Oh Your cross, its where my hope restarts A second chance is Heavens heart Allow him to give you that chance that youve been waiting for. Allow him to just show you how better life can be with Him in the picture. Allow him to give you what youve been searching for in vain. Allow Him to teach you to begin again -- and do it right this time. Cheers to new beginnings, blank slates and changing seasons, all through Him and with Him who makes all things new. I have a God who is bigger than all my shortcomings, mistakes and erroneous judgments. I have Him who makes me strong through it all -- I falter and I fail everyday, but He makes it so that I have no shame. He makes it so I can rewind time and start anew -- armed with His love and presence -- to help me make it through whatever I am going through right now. Thank you for giving a nobody like me the chance that I do not deserve. I am nothing if not for You.
