Its workout wednesday...I am sharing with you another exercise with the gliders. Reminder, you can use paper plates or dish towels in place of gliders, anything that can slide on your particular tip of flooring. These are INCHWORMS, which work the core and arms. Basically you are walking out to a full arm plank and sliding your feet in or the reverse, sliding the feet back and walking your hands in. The gliding forces you to activate the deep core muscles to help in bringing your legs in(or to push them out) either with a straight-leg pike or a bent-knee tuck.
