It’s Motivation Monday! Time to meet another member of the #teamrockstar family!!! And this time, it’s not one, not two, but THREE rockstars working the challenge as a FAMILY!!! Meet MaryBeth, Frank, and CAM!!! I have been lucky to have had Frank and MB in my life for what seems like forever!!! We grew up together, worked together as lifeguards at the good ‘ole Rolling Meadows Park District, spent many summers “wastin’ away” at Jimmy Buffett concerts, and I even stood up in their wedding!! MB joined my challenge the last time around and saw some results right away as well as finding creative ways to feed her family more nutritious options without going crazy… this time around even Frank has jumped in with us – and Cam is helping mom get some extra reps in!! Team Rockstar is all about finding ways to be healthier and STILL HAVE FUN!! The most successful people embarking on their fitness journey are the ones that share their plan with their friends and family and get support from those around them as well as me as their coach! I love being able to share this experience with my clients, and they truly become FAMILY – we all support one another even though we may be miles apart.
